Privacy Policy

Our Main Service is designed to help companies/individuals manage certain operations such as sales, purchases, and online selling. Users can search within an application that connects to an online store/database/files for specific products, then add them to a cart, make payments, and request shipping if desired.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, and share your information through our programs/websites, SMS messages, APIs, email notifications, apps, software, buttons, ads, trade services, and other covered services (collectively referred to as “Services”), from our partners and third parties. For example, we receive information when you use our web services, SMS, or a program/app we have created on devices. By using any of our Services, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage, disclosure, and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Basic Account Information: If you choose to create an account with (Party A), you must provide us with some personal information, such as your name, username, password, email address, or phone number. On the (Party A) app/program, your name and username are listed publicly, including on your profile page and in search results. You can use either your real name or a pseudonym. You can create and manage multiple accounts with (Party A). If you use (Party A) apps, the contact information you provide for login is not public. Some features of our products, such as searching, viewing public user profiles, or watching streams on (Party A) services, do not require you to create an account.

Databases, Excel Files, and Other Documents of (Party B): We may need to review or copy client databases or files, whether electronic or physical, to address issues or add features in our programs. Unless we have a specific contract with the client prohibiting this, we have the right to access or copy such data, either implicitly or explicitly, and retain it for examination, correction, and what we deem necessary for our work.

Contact Information: You may use your contact information, such as email address or phone number, to customize your account or enable certain account features. For example, this may include verifying logins or (Party A) applications via SMS or other means. If you provide us with your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from us at that number. We may use your contact information to send you information about our services, marketing, or to help prevent spam, fraud, or abuse, and to assist others in finding your account, including through third-party services and client applications. You can use the available settings to control the notifications you receive from (Party A) applications. Your privacy settings control whether others can find you on (Party A) applications through your email address, phone number, or other details.

Additional Information: You may choose to provide us with additional information to help improve and customize your experience across our services. For example, you might choose to upload and sync your address book so that we can help you find or communicate with users you know, or help other users find and communicate with you. We may also For example, providing suggestions or displaying user accounts and messages for you and other users based on imported address book contacts. If you contact us via email, we may retain your message, email address, and contact information to respond to your request. If you link your account on our services to another service account for cross-service sharing, that other service may send us logs or identifiers about your information on that service and other information you have authorized. This information enables cross-posting, helps us improve our services, and we may retain it.

Messages, Followers, Lists, Profile, and Other Public Information: (Party A) applications are primarily designed to help you share information with the world, automate processes, and accelerate business electronically. Most of the information you provide to us through (Party A) services is information you request to be made public. You can provide us with personal information to make public on (Party A) services, such as a brief bio, your location, your website, date of birth, or a photo. Additionally, your public information includes messages you send; metadata associated with them, such as when they were sent and the client application used; information about your account, such as creation time, language, country, and time zone; and lists you create and people you follow. (Party A) broadly and immediately publishes public information to a wide range of users, clients, and services, including search engines, developers, publishers integrating (Party A) content into their services, organizations like universities, public health agencies, and market research companies analyzing trends and insights. When sharing information or content such as photos, videos, and links across services, you should carefully consider what you are publicly declaring. We may use this information to make inferences, such as topics you might be interested in. Our default is almost always to make the information you provide through services visible to the public unless deleted. For some profile fields, we provide visibility settings to determine who can view this information on your profile. If you provide us with profile information and do not see visibility settings, this information is public.

Direct Messages and Private Communications: We offer some features that allow you to communicate more privately. For example, you can use direct messages to have private conversations with other (Party A) users. When communicating privately with others through our services, such as sending and receiving direct messages, we will store and process your communications and related information. Please note that if you interact with public (Party A) content shared with you via direct message, such as liking a shared message, those interactions may be public. While features like direct messages are intended to be private, please remember that recipients may copy, store, and reshare the contents of your private communications.

Location Information: We may receive information about your location. For example, you can choose to share your location in your messages and profile (Party A). You may also provide your location when setting a directional location on (Party A) programs. We may also determine location using other data from your device, such as precise GPS information, information about nearby wireless networks or cell towers, or your IP address. We may use and store information about your location to provide location-based features in our services, such as messaging with your location, improving and personalizing services, such as more relevant content like directions, stories, ads, and local suggestions for people.

Links: We may track how you interact with links across our services, including email notifications, third-party services, and client applications, by redirecting clicks or through other means. We do this to help improve our services, provide more relevant ads, and share aggregated click statistics such as the number of times a particular link was clicked. Links, messages, and private communications such as direct messages shared on the services may be processed and shortened by a link shortening service.

Cookies: Many websites and applications use cookies and similar technologies to collect additional data about website usage and to improve our services. A cookie is a small data file transferred to your device. We may use session cookies and persistent cookies to better understand how you interact with our services, monitor overall usage by users, direct web traffic on our services, and to customize and improve our services. Although most web browsers accept cookies automatically, some browser settings can be modified to reject cookies or alert you when a website tries to place a cookie on your computer. However, some services may not function properly if you disable cookies.

Using Our Services: We receive information from you when interacting with our services, even if you have not created an account (“Log Data”). For example, when you visit our websites, log into our services, interact with email notifications, use your account to authenticate a third-party website or application, or visit a website or application that includes (Party A) applications or buttons, we may receive information about you. This log data may include network address, browser type, operating system, referring webpage, pages visited, location, mobile network operator, or device information (including device identifiers and application data) or search queries or cookie information. We also receive log data when you click on or interact with links on our services, including links to third-party applications, such as when choosing to install another application through (Party A) applications/networks. We use log data to make inferences, such as topics you might be interested in, and to customize the content we show you, including ads. We retain log data as needed for the purposes described in this privacy policy. (Party A) also reserves the right to access (Party B) applications if necessary for either party and to view, maintain, update, or modify the applications.

Widget Data: We can customize services for you based on your visits to third-party websites that integrate (Party A) buttons or widgets. When these sites first load our buttons or widgets for display, we receive log data that includes the webpage you visited and a cookie identifying your browser (“Widget Data”).

Commerce Services: You can provide payment information, including credit or debit card number, expiration date, security code, other payment types, and billing address (collectively referred to as “Payment Information”), along with a shipping address, to complete transactions through our services. To facilitate future purchases, we store payment information (excluding the card’s security code) and shipping address. We consider Payment Information and shipping addresses to be confidential and do not make this information public. To facilitate order fulfillment, we collect and store information generated by purchases made through our services (“Transaction Data”). Transaction Data may include the merchant’s name, date, time, and value of the transaction.

Advertising: Our services are supported by advertisements. We may use the information described in this Privacy Policy to help make our ads more relevant to you, measure their effectiveness, and help identify your devices for showing and stopping ads on (Party A) programs. For example, when interacting with content in (Party A) apps on devices, we may show content (including ads) about those same topics when using (Party A) on the web. We do not use content shared privately in direct messages to display ads. (Party A) advertising policy prohibits advertisers from targeting ads based on categories we consider sensitive, such as race, religion, politics, sexual orientation, or health. We also reserve the right to place data and badges indicating that we created the program/website/application, or to place our own ads to increase our sales. Additionally, we may include (Party B) in our ads as a client and have the right to place advertisements in print and on programs and all related materials as we see fit.

Third Parties and Affiliates: We may receive information about you from third parties, such as other (Party A) users, partners (including advertising partners), or our affiliates. For example, other users may share or reveal information about you, such as when they share or tag a photo of you. Privacy settings control who can tag you in photos. Advertising partners and affiliates may share information with us such as browser cookie IDs, mobile device IDs, or hashed identifiers for a shared account (such as email address), as well as demographic data or interests and content shown or actions taken on a website or app. Our advertising partners, especially our advertisers, may allow us to collect similar information directly from their website or app through integrated advertising technology.

Sharing and Disclosure of Information: We do not disclose your personal information except in limited circumstances described here.

User Consent or Direction: We may share or disclose your information at your direction, such as when you authorize a third-party web application to access your account or direct us to share your comments with a business. When using (Party A) applications to register or log into a third-party app, you may exchange your contact information, such as your phone number, with that app. If you have shared information, such as direct messages or protected messages, with another user who accesses (Party A) programs through a third-party service, be aware that information may be shared with the third-party service.

Service Providers: We engage service providers to perform functions and provide services to us in several countries. For example, we use a variety of third-party services to help provide our services, such as hosting our blogs and wiki pages, and assisting us in understanding and improving our services, such as Google Analytics. We may share your personal information with service providers who are subject to obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. We share your payment information with payment service providers to process payments, prevent, detect, and investigate fraud or other prohibited activities, facilitate dispute resolution such as chargebacks or refunds, and for other purposes related to accepting credit or debit cards.

You can download certain account information, including your messages. Please note that search engines and other third parties may retain copies of your public information, such as user profile information and public messages.

Global Operations: As described in this Privacy Policy, we may share information with our affiliates and third parties and may be required to disclose information in response to lawful requests, including under applicable law enforcement or national security requirements.

Changes to This Policy: We may review this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most recent version of the policy governing our use of your information will always be available on (Party A)’s website under the Privacy/Privacy Policy section. By continuing to access or use the services after these changes become effective, you agree to adhere to the revised Privacy Policy.

Terms: Program/Application/Software: The term “program” used in this document refers to the original software and its full or partial versions, applications, websites, or electronic services. The program includes machine-readable instructions, software components, data, and audiovisual content (such as images, text, recordings) and all related licensed materials.

Device/Computer: An electronic device, such as a computer, mobile phone, tablet, iPad, server, virtual machine, or storage device.
